What is Atomic Settlement?
Atomic Settlement is a transaction structure where either all parts of a trade complete together, or none of them do.
In plain English, it means there is no gap between one side delivering and the other side paying. The asset moves, the cash moves, and settlement is final in the same operation.
We’re on the cusp of rewiring the financial system and the aim of this newsletter is to provide news and insights on how tokenization is reshaping settlement, payments, and financial infrastructure. Expect a regular digest of curated news links interspersed with longer form writing.
